Regardless of whether its a two day or four day weekend very seldom will the winners class be similar any of the days. Unlike years ago when class placements, winners, reserve winners BOB and BOS were pretty consistent on any given weekend.

However, I do think they should be able to withhold ribbons if they feel it is necessary without worrying about repercussions from exhibitors and clubs.
